Our Story

We work hard to keep the old Sicilian Granita tradition alive. Guided by a family recipe, we fuse real fruit, water, and sugar by hand, then freeze it to create a delicious and refreshing iced treat.

We make everything in small batches from our home base in Florida as a family to bring a little bit of Italy to you.

What started as a fun way to spend time with the kids making real food has turned into an inspired little business run by our two young boys.
